These two halves of the brain have different names of thinking? that is
Left Brain: Fixed Mindset
Right Brain: Growt Mindset
Most smart school children pursue a diploma, they believe it can bring them to the edge of success, even though a diploma is not a measure of success. But because their type of thinking is fixed thinking, so they will still think what they need is a diploma, brands hope that with their diploma they can be accepted into large companies, brands tend to look for safe ways. Even though now many companies don't pay attention to diplomas anymore.
Whereas people with a growt mindset choose to immediately try everything on their minds rather than being busy with school affairs that do not necessarily bring success, the growt mindset usually chooses to think about new things rather than learning existing knowledge.
